- Learn to negotiate: Understand your worth and learn how to negotiate for fair compensation and benefits.
- Be resilient: Learn to bounce back from setbacks and rejections, and don’t let them discourage you from pursuing your goals.
- Be a role model: Show others that women can succeed in leadership roles by being an example of a strong, confident leader.
- Support other women: Help other women succeed by mentoring, sponsoring, and advocating for them in the workplace.
