Step 1: What is your customer trying to achieve?

Your customer wants to learn exactly how to create lose 15 pounds from eating too much during the holiday’s. Your customer wants to learn how to achieve a healthy financial future. Whatever it is, you need to identify the specific need. Read how to identify your niche and a list of 100 niche ideas here.

Step 2: What 3 to 5 benefits can you provide your customer?

Your audience does not want 56,000 solutions to their problem. They want fast and simple solutions that have high yielding results. List out 3 to 5 benefits you will provide.

Step 3: What is your Minimum viable product (MVP)?

Your customer does not know that you wanted to add that extra part to your course, or different color to your shirt design. Your customer wants a product, and they want it now. You can iterate, add, adjust later and release an updated addition later.
